18 Weeks | One Semester | From Earth to Sky Education
The Examined Mind is an engaging, inquiry-driven high school psychology curriculum that invites students to explore one of the most fascinating subjects they will ever study: themselves. Designed for grades 9 through 12, this comprehensive one semester course introduces the scientific study of human behavior, thought, emotion, personality, memory, learning, motivation, and mental health through meaningful projects, real-world applications, and critical thinking.
Built as a companion to David G. Myers' Psychology (Eleventh Edition), this curriculum transforms traditional textbook learning into active exploration. Students investigate why people think, feel, and behave the way they do while developing stronger communication skills, emotional intelligence, decision-making abilities, and a deeper understanding of themselves and others.
